What do at-home fertility tests measure?

Most mail-in fertility kits measure a panel of reproductive hormones from a small finger-prick blood sample. Common markers include AMH, FSH, LH, estradiol, thyroid-stimulating hormone, and prolactin, sometimes with an app that interprets the results.
