Practices on Gale take bookings directly, often from a link the practice shares with you. Clinicians you find in Gale's search can't be booked here yet: you can send a request, and the practice confirms its own price with you.

The price for the exact kind of visit you're booking, not a national average. You see it before you pay.

Each practice on Gale sets its own self-pay price. Gale shows it to you as the practice set it; Gale doesn't negotiate it.

Every booking ends with a written estimate you can keep
A Good Faith Estimate — the itemized, No Surprises Act document — is generated at booking and waiting in your Gale account, printable, before your visit happens.

It's a qualified medical expense, so you can pay with any card — including HSA/FSA, with pre-tax dollars.
